Cherry-red colour, with violet tones. On the nose it is rich in hints of blackberry, cherry and strawberryflavoured sweets. On the palate it is a soft, round, fruity wine with sweet tannins and with a creamy finish.
The ideal accompaniment for appetisers and tapas, sausages, meats, pickles and pastas. Ideal serving temperature is between 12 -14ºC.
Dark cherry red color with ruby rim. In nose shows primary aromas of plum and blackberry and anise, licorice, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon and balsamic. In mouths, it is balanced, but ethnic, and soft palate.

After the grape selection, the traditional method of alcoholic fermentation is using as previous step to the second fermentation, malolactic. The wine is keeping in small stainless steel tanks for decanting naturally before bottling.

La Rioja Alta, in the town of Fuenmayor, is the place where the diferent varieties of grapes that are present in this wine have been selected: Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo.
After selecting the best bunches, smalls with loose and small grain, the alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks of small dimensions, in order to achieve the maximum expression of aromas. After a period of maceration, the malolactic fermentation takes place as previous step to the ageing. The wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels to complete the rounding process in the bottle for another six months.

After passing through the sorting table, the alcoholic fermentation takes place for 15 days. Then, the wine is racked to another tank by carrying out the malolactic fermentation. During the first year, underwent racking every three months as a previous step to its aging in American oak barrels, of 5 to 10 years old. Once completed the ageing process in barrels during 4 years, the wine is bottled and the bottles are placed horizontally in wooden crates of 500 bottles each, where it remains a minimum of two years.
